iPhone 7 Sounds and Haptics

Hey all,

I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 11.2.6 and I encountered numerous problems.

I noticed that the Taptic Engine stopped working. The phone does not vibrate at all. Not when I press the home button, not when I get notifications etc. However, when I repeatedly click the home button for a small bit it will produce a faint vibration so that is something. Other than that, nothing happens, unfortunately.

Then this morning, I slept through my alarm. I tested it by setting an alarm and the alarm screen would come on, however, the phone would not produce any sounds. Other sounds, like when I receive a call or notification work.

Is it possible this issue to be from faulty Taptic Engine?

I tried many things to get it working again. I restored an iCloud backup, reset all settings, set the phone up as new and test it but nothing seems to get the Taptic Engine or the Alarm going again. Maybe you guys could help?
