can i add a calendar subscription without a mac computer?

The direction on the support site only shows how to add a new calendar subscription if you have a Mac computer. I do not. What do I have to do to see the calendar on my iPhone? I have the .ics file that was given to me by the company I work for. Where do I go to enter the data so I can link the calendar to my iPhone?
