A shared list for all on HomePod (Feature

Replaced my Google Home with a HomePod. One of the biggest use cases is the ability to add items to a shopping list and anyone in the house can add / modify on demand. We have a shared shopping list (Reminder list) that we all can access from our iPhones, but on HomePod it is a Personal request requiring my phone to be home, or the list is not accessible. Anyone have a workaround for this? A reminder list or some kind of note should be modifiable via voice regardless of who is home.

At present personal requests can only be applied to the Apple ID of the person who sets up the device. Use Feedback - HomePod - Apple to make suggestions.
