I have an ipone 6S Plus. People cannot hear me when I use any sort of video chat such as facetime or Messenger video, even though I can hear them clearly. Microphone works when I am on speaker through an audio call. I have been to the apple page about checking microphones and done everything there but still have the same issue - Someone please help me.

You need to check and go through your accessibility shortcuts, someone may be using the mic to record audio and listen in on your privacy. Also check and see which apps you have granted access to your mic.
