#images not available on imessage

ios11, 6s+, recently traveled to India, and during chatting it showed me an option to use images/gifs to chat with my friends. The feature is really cool, but when I came back to thailand it vanished. I don't understand why this can't be an international release.

Where did #images disappear to??!?? Help!!!! I noticed my #images wasn’t working when I was not on wi fi. I tried looking into help for this and support mentioned to delete it from the iMessage tray and add it again. Well I deleted it and now it doesn’t even come up on any search for me to re add!!! Please help! I’m in the USA and my region is correct so I don’t see any reason for this not to work unless here’s a bug in the update or something. I updated last night. Help I need my iMessage gif’s!!!!

iMessage gifs/#images Hey Apple Universe, i can’t seem to find my gifs on iMessage anymore. Yes I’ve looked in the tray, tied to add it to the tray ( to no avail because it’s simply evaporated ), checked my region and language and tried to save a gif in hopes that’ll magically reactivate. I have yet to see anything online that says to try anything differently. Ergo, I’d be really really appreciative of any one offering a solution.
