Rearranging App for iPhone and iPad via iTunes

My MacBook died a few months back and I just recently upgraded my devices. iPhone X, iPad Pro and Macbook Pro. My MacBook was received last and I was looking forward to rearranging all my iCons on my other devices via iTunes. When I tried to do this I noticed that this function has been removed?

EXCUSE ME WHY???????????????????

This seems so un Apple like! Recently I have begged the question with Apple and have been wondering more and more WHAT IS GOING WRONG. The whole point of Apple is its simplistic approached and user friendly attitude?

FIX THIS!

Apps were removed when iTunes 12.7 was released 6 months ago : Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support

You could install iTunes 12.6.3 (which is aimed at businesses who have to deploy apps, but which works for individuals as well) : Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support

Or go back to an earlier version.

Or use Apple Configurator 2 from the Mac App Store
