Missing Animated maps in iMovie

Hi

I have iMovie 10.1.8.

I am not able to see the animated maps in the backgrounds. Please see the snapshot below.

I tried deleting and reinstalling and it did not help.

Please advise.

Animated maps missing in iMovie I am trying to add animated maps to my project but the latest version of iMovie on my mac doesn't seem to have it at all. I've deleted and reinstalled the application but it still doesn't come up under backgrounds. I have used iMovie before where the maps worked perfectly fine. I don't know what the issue is now?

My iMovie v.10.1.14 doesn't show maps option under background tab How to restore the maps option in my iMovie app. I have already tried to uninstall then restart my system followed by a re-install of the iMovie app from App Store. It still isn't working.I can only see the following on my app: Need the following kind of option which used to be there earlier: Please help.. Thanks in advance !
