After closing Safari I noticed that about 90% of my desktop items had disappeared. I found them in trash and moved them to the desktop.
Some Programs had also disappeared and I can not find them on my MacBook Pro. I also searched for them in my Time Machine but they are gone from there also.
What could cause this to happen. Where should I look to find the removed programs?
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
What are you missing?
Mostly they were pictures. One program icon which is now missing along with the program itself is used in my real estate business called zip forms.
