Disable chat in all apps

Looking for a way to stop chat in apps that kids play. Some apps have an option in their settings to turn it off but others do not. Is there a setting so that chat would be disabled for all apps?

Blocking certain apps on iPad Hi, I would like to know how to block certain apps from being used while still being able to use the device. Situation: my child is using their iPad for online schooling during the COVID lockdown, but still access to apps like TikTok, Pinterest and games which distracts from doing school work. How can I block these apps without setting the app limits to 1 minute or setting a new downtime which blocks the entire iPad?

No, that has to be a part of each app itself.
