Apple TV iTunes movie and tv apps won’t load past welcome screen
About three days ago my Apple TV movies app started going to this screen that talks about welcoming me to movies on iTunes. It has a continue button but no matter how many times you push it, it won’t progress to my movies. I have over 150 movies that I now can’t watch. I tried master resetting the Apple TV several times and logging out and back in but nothing works. It’s only apps from Apple like iTunes, the movie app, and tv app. Everything else works fine. No problems opening and streaming from any other app. I’ll attach anpicture if what screen it keeps going to.
