Annoying scrolling issue

Hello,

I have had this annoying scrolling issue now for some time. I hoped it would be fixed in the newest iTunes version 12.7.3.46, but obviously it didn't.

When I click and hold down the arrow for scrolling down my music collection (I want to scroll only a bit as to see the newest added music), it starts to scroll down very fast. The screen just "jumps" down. I use the album view, recently added tab.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue with iTunes and if there's a solution to this problem?
