Can't purchase music

Hello,

I can't seem to purchase music from the iTunes store. I have a credit card and $25 gift card on file. However, when I click a song to purchase it just It asks me to confirm than says accessing store and then greys out the buy button. And that is it. The song song does not download and a charge is never made. I come back and try again and get the same issue. Tried reinstalling and even installed on a different machine with the same issue. Any Ideas?
