Messages not listing conversation in correct order

Is anyone else having this issue?

Currently running High Sierra 10.13.3, and messages still populate out of order. I thought this was patched...😕

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 4 TBT3), macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
