I am trying to install Office Home 2016 onto Mac OS High Sierra 10.13

I am trying to install Office Home 2016 onto Mac OS High Sierra 10.13. When I enter the product key it says i need Mac OSX 10.10 or higher. How do I get around this?

I'm sorry but what address? Could you provide complete descriptions of what is happening on the computer as you are trying to install Office? You have a valid product key. Do you have either a downloaded disk image file or a DVD installer? Please read Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question.


Office is not an Apple product so you should call Microsoft tech support for additional help.
