I have an Iphone SE that has a passcode we are locked out of which is disabled and iTunes will not let us restore. It brings up an error code. 0xE000015 Our iTues is up to date.

I connect to ITunes, It brings up the error code, It lets me click ok and then it goes away. I have rebooted the phone, updated the computer, iTunes, and tried every port! It will not bring me to the recovery mode. It just says on the phone connect to iTunes. I unplug the phone and plug it back in and it brings the error code back up. I unplug the usb and and it does the same thing. It will not bring me to the recovery mode.
Just click ok on the error message then put the phone in recovery mode as instructed in

Connect it, acknowledge the error, then put the phone in recovery mode and restore it. That simple.

Precisely. That's what I said in my initial reply. Just click ok, then put the phone in recovery mode.
Plug the phone into your wall charger and hold the required buttons. You should be able to get it into recovery mode that way. Then connect it to your computer and restore it.
it wont let me restore my disabled device through itunes. it comes up with an error
