Apple Watch achievement redesign deleted the 2nd March 2018 challenge

We get two challenges per month. I just noticed today that the achievement page was redesigned and the second March 2018 challenge is gone.

Activity app monthly challenges are gone Hello - my iPhone 8 is on iOS 14.2 and my watch is on watchOS 7.1. I had to reset my phone and now, in addition to the earned badges for the monthly challenges being gone, I don’t see the current month challenge to earn new ones. I’ve searched and searched to find a solution to the problem, but haven’t come across anything. Does anyone have a suggestion? Limited Edition Challenges Disappeared Hello, I recently attempted the Heart Month Challenge. I had already earned similar limited edition challenges like Ring in the New Year, National Parks, and others. Two days before the end of the challenge requirement, I noticed all of my limited edition challenges were gone with no section for limited edition challenges. I restarted phone and watch and updated them both (if applicable). Is there anything I can do? iPhone X iOS 13.3.1 Apple Watch Series 3 watchOS 6.1.3

Monthly Challenges On my new watch monthly challenges not showing up , I see them on my phone but even though I achieved goal it’s grayed out. How do I resolve?
