Mouse doesn't work with certain programms

Hello. I have a question similar to this one mouse does not work in certain programs

After installing Wacom Intuos graphics tablet my mouse stopped working with some programmes like Calculator, App Store and some other programmes.

I noticed Wacom took over some mouse's function. I could close and work using Wacom.

I uninstalled Wacom completely, found all files related to this tables. However, the problem still over there.
