Recover non-recent deleted notes

I have only just discovered that a note I had is missing. I have looked in recently deleted and its not there. I have no idea where it has gone. It was an icloud note so when I have done a restore of my phone to a past date, it synchs with icloud so it isnt recovered on the restore. Can anymore help?
