iPhone X UAE

Hello,friends,

Recently i bought to myself iPhone X from Dubai,UAE which I’m going to use in my home country Bulgaria,(Eastern Europe) This is the time when I must say that I never use this phone into UAE,or with GSM operator or SIM card from UAE.

The phone was activated for the first time yesterday in Bulgaria with my personal Apple ID registrated in Bulgaria and with a SIM card from Bulgarian mobile operator. This unit is Factory Unlocked so there is no problem about that.... BUT I didn’t get FaceTime,and this is an issue for me. I know that this service is prohibited into UAE,but that is why I never used this phone there with some of the local providers.

My question is there anything which I can do to activate FaceTime on my phone? I try software restore,and go to settings to be sure that my “Region” is set to Bulgaria not to UAE,but nothing work it! I can’t find FaceTime in my phone apps or into Apple store. My phone is set to Country and region Bulgaria,and my Apple ID is also set to Bulgaria!

Can I do something else or it’s a dead end?
