Iphone display wrong currency for excel attachement in email

Hi All,

I received an email on my iPhone with an excel attachment. The numbers suppose to be in euro but it displays GBP because my phone regional format is England.. but when I open the same attachment on my computer "Windows" it displays the correct currency which is Euro.

is there any workaround for this please? is it a bug?

How change currency sign from US$ to only $ (Not Region in US) When I change number cell to currency it shows as US$, it take much space and is dizzied. Apple emails in French I am getting my emails from Apple in French. My language setting in Apple ID is set to English (US). Any ideas on how to get my emails in English?
