How do I access my photos on iCloud. I have lost my iPhone?
If you had iCloud Photo Sharing turned on, then you can go to iCloud.com on any computer, sign in, and then look at the Photos app to see your photos.
If you were not using iCloud Photo Library, but you backed up your device regularly, then when you get another iOS device, you can restore from the latest backup you did, which should restore the majority of your photos.
