Deleted HomeKit automation still executing

I deleted a HomeKit automation but it is still executing.

The automation was the following command: Turn off all lights when last person leaves the home. Instead the automation functioned to turn off all lights when I left the home regardless of whether anyone else was still home with their iPhones.

I deleted the automation from HomeKit but it is still turning off all the lights when I leave the home. It is very frustrating for myself and the people who are in the dark when I leave.

I could remove the home profile from the HomeKit app but it takes about two hours for me to reconfigure everything and attached pictures of each room. I have three AppleTV's and tried disconnecting them from HomeKit and then reconnecting but that did not correct the issue.
