Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hello, I had deleted my partition of windows software on High Sierra (off of bootcamp) but I downloaded it off bootcamp assistant before I downloaded High Sierra. Now whenever I open the boot camp assistant, on the first continue button, the program becomes unresponsive making me force quit. I searched this up and have found the same problem but no answers. Any help? (I don't have a USB)

Using Disk Utility just compounded the problem.

I have a feeling that this is wrong.
If you have set up Time Machine, you may or may not have any backups. If your password was incorrectly entered, you can try it again, but do not enter it anywhere other than at the password prompt.
In Disk Utility, create a FAT partition of the size you want Windows to be and report any errors. If this results in any errors, than you have underlying APFS corruption, which requires a TM backup/erase whole disk/restore.

sudo tmutil listlocalsnapshots /
Did you remove the previous Bootcamp/Windows partition with using BC Assistant?
No I did not, I did it through disk utility thoroughly.
Missing Disk Utility and BC Assistant is not correct. It leaves many bits that DU cannot cleanup. Post the output of
diskutil list
from macOS Terminal?
