Why do my Saved Sessions keep getting deleted?

This is SO aggravating. I have sessions that I saved using the Manage Sessions extension. I have given them names and the sessions show up in the Session manager window.

Then I will reopen my Safari browser, and they are all gone.

Why are they deleted, and HOW do I recover them?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), macOS High Sierra (10.13)
