Apple unit
Hi!
I would like to ask you. I replaced my battery tofay. Unfortunately they couldn’t get my battery out so they changed the “unit” - can you please explain what unit exactly means.??

They would not have used components from your phone, but it is probably a factory refurbished device by Apple, with replaced components and has been thoroughly tested, and that has the balance of your original warranty, or 90 days, whichever is longer.
If they changed the unit, that means they replaced your entire device with a different one.
Hi Chris! Thanks for responding so quickly. Does it basically means it is a brand new phone or they used components from the old one? Thank you!
Thank you!
You're welcome.
