I have an iPhone 5, operating on 10.3, I hope that's all the info you'll need to help me.
I want to sync with iTunes on my computer so how do I turn off iCloud on my phone?

Hook the phone to the computer, open iTunes, and select the phone. There should be various options on what you sync to iCloud, such as Contacts. Turn off the iCloud sync and then you should be able to sync your phone to the computer.
