My phone stopped connecting the music to my car. I worked and now it won’t, car display shows (no data)

iPhone 6. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth. Car dealer says it is the phone and not the car.

Ask Siri to Play music and it comes back through the car again. Plug my daughters 2020 IPhone SE in and don’t have the same problem. I’ve unpaired the phone from the car, no use. Any ideas?
