I'm looking to upgrade my stock graphic cards, the old NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 for some 4K compatible ones. I want to upgrade my two old monitors for two Benq SW271, so, I need new graphic cards! Btw, it will be mostly to process images on Photoshop and Lightroom. Any suggestions? Something good but without breaking the bank.

You may find that the NVIDIA display drivers in current versions of High Sierra 10.13.3 still leave a lot to the imagination. (Stability is good, but they are much slower than previous versions.) Established Users are Angry.
Although that is likely to catch up soon, no one who knows can say when.
If you are just moving into this area, this issue may not be much of a problem for you. Whatever performance you see today is likely to improve with time.
