Transfer music from iPod to Android

Hello everyone!

I recently got an Asus ZenFone V Live which is running Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) at the moment. Before receiving this

device, I was primarily using my iPod 5th gen. for tasks such as music, photos, watching streams and videos, as well as talking with friends.

The problem I am having is transferring music I have purchased from iTunes to Google Play Music. I have read the help center article from the Google Play Music Help center (Transfer music from a computer to your phone or tablet - Google Play Music Help) with only the Mac option being the most reliable path at the moment other than using another application. If there is a way to transfer it, please do share. Thanks!
