i turned of my icloud photo drive and now all my photos are gone how do i get them back

i turned off my icloud and it erased all my pictures , how do i get them all back

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6

Turn it back on. They are all still up there in iCloud. You can see them on a computer if you go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple/iCloud ID and look in the Photos app there.
