I have 14 apps that i cant update bc everytime i do an error pops up “Verification Required. Tap Continue to sign in and review billing info” I dont even have a cc in my acc info, theres nothing wrong w my billing and i still cant update my

I have 14 apps that i cant update bc everytime i do an error pops up “Verification Required. Tap Continue to sign in and review billing info” I dont even have a cc in my acc info, theres nothing wrong w my billing and i still cant update. Help please?

The message is confusing. Many have posted similar questions and I suggest you send feedback to Apple about it (I have). There is also no mention in any support documents what "verification" actually means. Feedback to: - http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html


I am guessing it means they want you to verify your payment information is up to date.* See if this is what they want: Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - https://support.apple.com/HT201266


and if it doesn't help then: iTunes [Store] Support - Use this form for assistance with account and billing, code redemption, or purchase questions - https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

I too have the same question..problem ..issue, but I have 114 updates and each time it states my Apple ID does not exist and cannot be found...I have contacted Apple Care and been hung up or disconnected because of why? then sent a follow up email if they have resolved my issues? this had been going on back and forth for 7 months???


6 years same one??? they need to get their s+++ together because I run a business, have spent hundreds of dollars on designer apps that won't update and now, USELESS, I try to still use, open long enough to see front page and wham,,,they close,,, I lost all the ones I have paid for with and with the new option in store add ons,,, wiped,, all gone... my credit/business card unlimited balance and the message "not enough funds" or billing issue please sign in, but sign in to a id that eventually after four attempts states locked out, try to treat at the url provided, blahblahblahiforgot,,,to inly read THIS IS NOT A Apple ID?


I know people have options to buy through carriers and make monthly installment nut when and if I update to new version, and ONLY after allowance of all bugs being worked out, and then purchase without contract and 800$ is a lot for something as trouble some as this ...the worst to me at least now it cannot connect to my Mac iCloud so serving no purpose and spend more time on my twins *Gallaxy Notes 8
