How to Make the Font Bigger in iTunes

This has been my biggest frustration with iTunes since day one. I'm visually impaired, and the "larger" text option under Edit>Preferences>General>List Size is still just too small. I'm still squinting and leaning forward, whereas every other program I use has options to accommodate my vision. For a comparison, I include a screencap of my Chrome window and how large the font is, compared to that in iTunes.

For context, I am nearly legally blind. But in recent years, most programs have made it easier on my eyes (and my back) by allowing things to be enlarged quite easily. Most webpages reformat pretty neatly when you enlarge with ctrl+. But I cannot for the life of me find such an option, or any way to get the iTunes font above, what, 12pt font? If there is one, can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction. And if not, why is there not?
