By "a lot" I mean sufficiently many that it might be misinterpreted as an attack. If not a server then any computer on the network that can make outgoing requests. Anyway, I suspect this is beyond general user to user advice. I think you should Contact Apple Support and try to get to the heart of the matter.

You could try a trace route to see where the ball was dropped.

/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Network Utility.app

You could download tor which should get around the blockage unless tor is blocked. This could be against your companies policy.

I'm going to throw out an idea:

I had my emails to relatives in Germany rejected several times with "could not be delivered". So I finally responded to the German mail server/post office. They replied telling me that they had blocked my IP address because there were a lot of previous scam/spam attempts. So, I called my ISP who told me to simply reset my modem (unplug power for some seconds, then plug back in) - it would at that point create a brand new IP address. I did that and I have not had a problem with emails being rejected since.

You may want to try it - it won't hurt anything and if it works, great!

Does your company have reason to make a lot of requests to those sites, or could your server have been compromised?

you in this case. But I’m still not really understanding that the ID from Apple blocked it first or your Company activated this block ID first. And you used this ID at work Company included sign up the ICloud ID right?

FWIW there are no obvious signs of issues at Apple - Support - System Status.

The issue does not seem to have anything to do with an Apple ID.

Unfortunately that won't help in this case.
