what to do when you have fallen for a scam and gave out all your personal details and card number

i received an email this morning stating that i had spent $100 on an app i barely recognise and being the clueless person i am i entered their site and entered ALL my personal information, including address, name, mobile number, apple id, passwords and most importantly my card details. I’ve clearly learnt my lesson and will never do it again but at the same time i’m getting quite worried on what they can do with what i just gave them, please help a fam out.
