Apple subscription scam

This subscription for manly-photo editor was never listed as a paid subscription-Just something that was posted on Facebook. When I pressed a link to look at it ,I get a message that I have bought a subscription. It is a scam. My money has been taken by Apple and not returned. I did not authorise this from my credit card but Apple had my credit card detail from previous purchases. I cancelled this subscription as soon as I saw it was a scam yet my money has gone. ( I also tried to find this on the apple store yet could not) .why does Apple have no security over this type of scam?
