How to remove the Genius Shuffle button and restore the Back button on iTunes

Help! My cat sat on my laptop's keyboard and did something to remove the back function and replaced it with the Genius Shuffle on the control bar... How do I change it back?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), null

Select Controls>Play Recent>Choose a different song.
