Parental Controls on Apple TV

So i need to lock my 7 year old out of inappropriate material on my apple tv. I set up restrictions. Here is the problem. On an app like Netflix. Once you enter your code to get in, everything is accessible. What? That's useless. Is this a Netflix issue because they wrote a bad app or is it an iOS issue? Am I doing something wrong?

When I click on it, it’s saying “This title cannot be watched with the current parental control settings.” I’ve been into Disney plus to check the ratings are all good and they are all at R+?? Anybody No response from Apple? Anyone? is my question bad? Am I missing something? I don’t understand how to make all shows and movies in Apple TV+ menu in tvOS visible, but PIN protect rated ones. I live with two kids and share Apple TV with them. If I create 12+ restrictions for TV shows in Apple TV the content with higher age rating is not visible for all users including parents ;-) I want to have all content visible but protected with PIN, so I can avoid kids watching it... I can’t figure it out, how to do it.... In Netflix or HBO go, such setup is standard and works perfectly fine. Is there way or is tvOS/Apple TV+ app not able to provide such simple feature? Thanks

Why is it so easy to purchase movies on Apple TV????! My 4 year old daughter just sat on a pillow on the couch and the remote was apparently under the pillow. When she did it, it purchased the movie Trolls. I would like it to be extremely difficult or impossible for any purchase to go through on Apple TV because everything is linked to my credit card and with all streaming services we do not need to buy movies. How can I lock it down?
