Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I try to respond or send an email, the pre-installed iPhone X mail app freezes and won’t let me do anything if I try to go and revise part of the text I have written already. If I save as a draft and go to another window and come back to the draft, it will allow me to continue but it will freeze again. Anyone else experiencing similar issues and possibly have a solution? Considering downloading a new 3rd party app. Thanks!

Follow the steps to force restart your device If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If that does not work reset all settings: settings > general > reset > reset all settings
If that does not work try to factory restore Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
