can I use an itunes card to pay my balance in itunes?

Can I use An iTunes card to pay my unpaid balance? I cant Update any apps until I do So and I cant Use any money on my credit card Rn.

Yes, that should be possible. See If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support for more information, including how to find out how much you owe.
