Pretty sure it's a scam because they have called my home land line which isn't even connected to apple acct. Extremely annoying though, because they have called 5 times in the last couple hours. I wish I could block calls on my landline!

Scam.
Interesting, they used to call me all the time but it was just about my "Windows computer" (which I have never had). It seems now the scammers are diversifying. 😐
They try to call me with all the different number from different state. And the apple support care phone number they gave me, it's not start with 800 Or 855. It's start with 609 256 8206
As stated, it is a scam, thus the number is irrelevant.
