iOS 11.3: Unable to draw in Notes

This is an issue that’s been ongoing since 11.1. I can select a pen but, when I try to draw, nothing happens (save the page moving). I’ve backed up and reinstalled iOS but no dice.

Thinking it it could be a bug, I’ve been waiting for Apple to notice and fix it but, obviously, it hasn’t.

I refuse to to believe I’m the only one affected by this, but my search of the Communities - and the Web - have proved fruitless. I’m guessing it COULD be affected by a 3rd-party app, but I can’t thibk what on Earth it would be…

Perhaps nobody else has noticed. It’s no biggie, it’s just odd.

Although it would be if I still had access to all the colours I did in iOS 10. And the ruler. I’ve yet to find another notes app with a ruler.

Please tell me im not the only one. I’m using an iPad Pro, but I can’t I imagine it would be any different on an iPhone or other iPads.
