I have multiple accounts on my iphone 8+. I would like to view all accounts at the same time, but is there a way to color code which email account they are coming from?

I am not aware of a way to do that. If you have that many and are concerned about which mail account your mail is from, you may want to look at your mail from the individual account Inboxes, rather than the combined Inbox. That would alleviate your confusion.
That is not a capability of the built-in mail app. There may be 3rd party mail apps that support it. It sounds like a great idea, however. You can suggest it to Apple at https://apple.com/feedback.
