MacBook Pro will not startup

Macbook Pro running High Sierra OS (10.13.2 I believe)

Stuck on grey apple logo loading startup screen initially at about 75% and then gets to 100% and never fully starts.

Tried every solution and still doesn't work; 1. tried resetting the command/option/p/r ram, 2. tried reinstalling the OS, 3. tried repairing the HD in disk utility with the First Aid and it yielded no errors or problems, and lastly 4. tried erasing the HD, reinstalling the OS as new, migrating over backed up files and now it is stuck at the loading grey screen with no end in sight.

Please help. Is this computer garbage now? It gave no errors or warning signs, it just does not startup anymore.

Hi,

You'd better make a Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple authorized service provider to check the hardware.

I suppose it's a hardware related issue.
