Cannot remove old HomePod from home app on iPhone

i had an issue with the homepod and I got it replaced, I removed the old one from the home app with the remove accessory button but it still shows on the app. It says that my HomePod has no response. (it’s already removed) and on the home hubs section it has both homepods (removed and new) the new one is connected and the removed one shows that its disconnected. I want to remove the old one completely from the home app.
