CarPlay

i have a 2017 Malibu with car play. I have a iPhone 7 and It keeps disconnecting after a short while. When I try to connect again, it says I must use a usb which I already am using, it it just doesn’t connect at all. I see on websites that this is a common problem and it seems apple is the problem. Is there a fix for this. Thank you. Gary Weinstein

Try this:


1) try connecting it with another cable (MFi certified etc.)


2) check the ports on both the phone and on the car for lint or other debris


3) restart the phone


Set up CarPlay with your iPhone
