Complete apple id

I just purchased a iPhone 6. I am trying to download apps from the App Store. It asked me to update or complete my Apple ID but it will not allow me to do so it asked me to contact iTunes support. Any ideas? Thank you

Can't complete apple id I have a apple iPad 2 and I have made a new apple id. I want to download apps on to the ipad but it won't let me until I complete my apple id. It says please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. The app is free so I'm confused.

If you supplied a credit card, check its details. If not or they're correct, clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
