Why does my iPhone 8 Plus take long to charge?

hello, my iphone 8 plus really takes long to charge, especially when it gets to 80% sometimes it stops charging at 80% and sometimes it charges slowly after 80% but bottom line it takes longer to charge than before and I don’t know why. I thought it was only me but 2 other friends of mine have the same problem
