Hi,
i´ve made a table in numbers in landscape mode. Now I want to paste it into a pages document and turn it by 90 degrees to fit it onto 1 page.
but the dialer to turn that table keeps greyed out!?
Can't you just turn the table, or do you need a stupid workaround - as it seems usual in pages?

There is no table rotation in Pages.
Export your table from Numbers as a PDF, and drag/drop that into Pages. You can then rotate the PDF.

We assume you are using Pages 5/6/7 because you can rotate Tables in Pages '08 or '09.
