So, I've reset my phone and powerbeats3. I can connect my beats. I hear music and voicemail as well other apps. When I receive a call it doesn't ring in the beats, I cannot answer. If I switch to audio on the phone to the beats during a call, I cannot hear the caller nor can they hear me. Again, still connected to the beats.
