My phone keeps saying that I’m connected to headphones when I’m not and I can’t hear anything, how I can I fix it?

I’m not connected to headphones or any speakers but when I try to listen to music and I turn my volume up it says “headphones” they only sounds that work are when I call someone I put them on speaker or when I go to my settings and play my ringtone.
